Cobalt Operating Rule's
1. We are a Team Play Outfit, remember that we always work as a team.
No XP Camping (that's staying in a safe place not moving while the rest of the squad gives you the xp from the hacks/kills), No regular soloing.
We expect mature play at all times and we know that maturity is not always reflected by age.
2. Team Speak is required, even if your just listening - this much improves the experience and the ability to act as a team. No one will be promoted from trial cobaltian until they have a TS connection up and running.
(At the disgression of the Outfit Leader we may allow exceptions to this rule)
No player will be allowed to lead without a team speak connection and an active mic.
3. Respect other outfit members. Never argue with your fellow members in outfit or squad chat. If you have a disagreement try to resolve it via /tell amongst yourselves, if disagreements spill over into outfit chat or interfere with our outfit as an effective team, members may be removed from the roster.
(Senior Officers and Outfit Leader can act as moderators, or just bang your head's together if needed  )
4. Never TK (teamkill) another VS without a significant reason and even then try to avoid this. Teamkilling other outfit members for 'fun' whilst waiting for hacks is also frowned upon.
5. Avoid insulting other VS even if they are 'retards', be the bigger man and ignore them. Do not ever use local or broadcasts to be derogatory to individuals or outfits, also respect your enemy even if they are lame
6. Never argue with your SL (squad leader) or PL (platoon leader), respect that he is leading the squad/platoon and he may have alot more sources of information available to him to be making his decisions with. If you have a suggestion, /tell your squad leader. Don't question his decisions in squad or outfit chat.
